What is our returns policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from CSB Fever Shop. If for any reason you’re not happy with any of the items, we will gladly issue an exchange or store credit for another style, size or color or item that you may prefer.
You can return the goods by sending them back to us within 14 days of delivery for a store credit of the purchase price, minus the shipping or other charges. The item must be returned in good condition, in original boxes/bags (whenever possible), and with the original packing slip to insure full credit. If you are wanting to exchange for a different size, you are responsible for the return freight, but we will send the exchange at our cost.
Please note that this site operates in the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED/DHS) as the default currency. We accept other currencies via our payment portals but all refunds, communications and logistics will be administered in AED. This means that exchange rates, fees and levies must be considered by the customer when using a foreign currency. Orders in a foreign currency will be processed via the exchange rate and fees applicable at the time. This is subject to change and could affect store credit values and future prices.
After 14 days the goods will be deemed to have been fully supplied. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact customer service within 10 days of delivery by email firstname.lastname@example.org. In the above circumstances, we will cover the return freight cost as well as the replacement freight.
Please supply customer service with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation email. Customer service will also need your email address and phone number.
CSB Fever will make every reasonable effort to replace or credit the item in a timely manner. You can expect a refund in the same form of store credit originally used for purchase within 14 days of receiving your returned product.
If an Online Gift Certificate was used, the credit amount will be applied to your Online Gift Certificate. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Exchanges will be processed and sent back to you in a timely manner – although the exchange shipping method will be the lowest value tracked option.
Do you have any Returns Exceptions?
Our Standard Return Policy does not apply to all items. The following are our exceptions: Personalized Products, health and beauty products, face masks, underwear and Autographed Collectibles. All sales are final for these products. These items cannot be returned.
